Old farm with renovations to finish

Longirod is a charming village of 476 inhabitants located on the coast and foot of the Jura at 830 meters above sea level in the district of Nyon.

Gland and Nyon are 15 kilometers, Geneva and Lausanne are 35 minutes by the A1 motorway.

The property is an old farmhouse under renovation. The transformations were interrupted in 2016 and it is now sold as is with finishes to be completed at the option of the lessee.

The shell is finished. The roof, concrete slabs with floor heating coils, partitions, ceilings, heating and sanitary piping as well as most of the electricity are in place.

Among other things, it remains to complete the installation of a boiler, the peripheral insulation, the installation of the toilets and the finishings of the walls and floors.

The transformations of the farmhouse have been designed to let in a maximum of light throughout the house by enjoying very generous spaces. The living room, dining room and open kitchen have 70 m². The rooms are between 16 and 24 m².

Current plans include 8 rooms and 3 bathrooms.
