The one of the ground floor, a 2.5 rooms which was renovated in 2013 and which is rented currently and that of the 1st floor with its balcony and its view of plane, which is to be entirely renovated ....

The total living area is approx. 100m2 and opens on several possibilities ... To live a housing and to rent the other one, to rent the two residences or to make a single apartment on both levels ...
You will choose what suits you.

The car has a warm place in the garage which can also be used as a workshop; two or three other vehicles can be parked outside.

Next door is a pretty covered (about 30m2), with beautiful beams and a warm interior that will welcome you if the weather turns bad, to finish the bottle we just started!

The schools are in Ollon, as well as small traders (a small shop in the village of Antagnes can always have the necessary), commercial areas to 10 minutes, the motorway axis nearby.
