Gryon - Barboleusaz - The Paradise exists .....

Ideally located on the Villars-Gryon-Les Diablerets ski area, the restaurant "L'Etable" is a totally atypical establishment nestled in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and enjoying a breathtaking view.

Originally a barn, the building was entirely and beautifully renovated as an altitude restaurant in 2010.

One of the originalities of the place lies in the fact that you will enjoy your meal or simply sip an aperitif in the company of the farm animals, residents of the place.

Here, donkeys, pigs, geese, chickens, goats and sheep live in perfect harmony for the greatest pleasure of the customers.

"L'Etable" welcomes summer and winter indoors or on its large terrace. Access is via the ski slopes in winter (chairlift Les Chaux located 50 m.), Walk by a marked path or by car in summer. It is a stop also very popular with hikers.
