- These zones are intended for individual or collective housing, for commerce and for crafts.

- Within the authorized volume, the number of dwellings per building is limited to 5.

- The non-contiguous order is mandatory.

- The distance between the facades and the border of the neighboring property is at least 10 meters. This distance is doubled between buildings located on the same property.

- The height of the frontage facing downstream, measured from the landscaped land to the ridge, does not exceed 10.80m. The length of the largest facade does not exceed 18m.

- The embouchature according to art. 68 is calculated from the 3rd level, the ground floor counting for the 1st level.

- The surface area of building plots is at least 1,200m2, with one residential building per plot or per fraction of a plot of at least 1,200m2.

- The proportion between the built area and the land area does not exceed 1/10.

- The surface of a dwelling is not less than 60m2.
