This plot of land is located in the hills above Chesières, towards Les Ecovets. It is just a few minutes' drive from the center of Villars, public transport, and all amenities. It enjoys a peaceful setting and stunning views of the Alps.

The plot is located in a buildable zone, designated as chalet zone A, according to the current ECVA (Ecovets-Chesières-Villars-Arveyes) municipal zoning plan, and as very low-density residential zone 15 - LAT - A, according to the future PACOM (Municipal Development Plan). Any construction is subject to these two regulations.
Furthermore, according to the attached plan, the plot includes a large wooded area. The area where a chalet could be built is marked in purple on the plan.
