Furnished with taste and flair, this three-room apartment welcomes you in its living room, which is equipped with a sofa and a television so that you can watch films together or relax and read while enjoying the view from the window. The kitchen is complete and equipped with electrical appliances and everything you need, inserted into the dining room with a table for 4 people and a beautiful fireplace (decorative only). From here and from the living room you have access to the balcony, equipped with a small table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful landscape with your morning coffee or a glass of local wine as an aperitif.
There are two bedrooms, both with double beds and wardrobes for storage, one overlooking the lake, the other overlooking the countryside and with a desk for studying and working.
A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
There is a set of towels for each person as well as bed linen and blankets included. We also give you a care kit. We also provide a basket with the essentials for a breakfast.
The house does not have a private parking space, but there is the possibility of parking in the public parking lot.

Inside the apartment is any commercial activity is prohibited.
Mandatory costs that are added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
