An outbuilding built in 1985 which is located near the villa offers on the ground floor 2 heated rooms (stoves) as well as a vaulted wine cellar and a large cellar.

One room is currently a carpentry shop and the second room is the paint shop. Water and electricity are installed.

The stable created in 2015 is located on a plot in the village area at the entrance to the property. It is currently organized in free stalls. In the stable, the floor is lined with soft rubber mats. A pissoir is installed at the entrance where urine is drained into a septic tank. There is a heated drinker inside and outside.

In the barn, the horse's feed is distributed automatically through a computer that is programmed to open the feeder doors. This system is controlled by the cell phone, just like the cameras in the barn.

The fodder storage is on the 1st floor where a trap door fitted with a hoist lowers the fodder into the feeders.

A large heated upholstery is adjoining as well as a cover for agricultural machinery and vans. Access to the road is easy as well as for the delivery of fodder.

The stable is equipped with electrically operated windbreak curtains.

The parks are distributed over the entire area where the horses benefit from this area which is dedicated to them.
